Darkmyre . A kingdom recently devastated by the harvest, an all out racial war that has left millions in desolation and poverty.  Residual effects from years of magic spells and chemical attacks have taken its toll however at the same time leaving the land with a unique characteristic.  Black pools of a plasmic sludge like substance  filled with magical residue known now as, "The Darkmyre."  Magically corrupted pools of Darkmyre can move and Shyft and transform themselves into devastating enemies, traps, dangerous terrain and much more. Where the inn sat nestled snug against the base of a mountain just last week, may now be swallowed and turned into a giant ogre wandering the land in search of food. Humans were not unscathed by the fallout of the harvest either.  Many were swallowed up by the Darkmyre and spit out a changed person with strange and sometimes magnificent powers. While most perished, a very few of those people learned to harness the power, to shape it, control and bend it to their will. These rare individuals are known throughout the land as SHYFTRZ, those who are able to harness the power of the Darkmyre to transform themselves into mighty beasts!
